At Vape.Works we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day. In some situations though it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.
We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+, 19+ or 21+ depending on your province or state) option on every single package, no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. – Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. only the person named in the “Shipping” fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
We offer free same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase C$35 or US$50 or more in non-overstock products, and free shipping every where else in the world when you spend C$100 or more in non-overstock products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada, Canada Post Tracked Packet for free shipping the U.S.A, and UPS or Canada Post Air Shipping for all international destinations (some international destinations may be untracked). There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.
Overstock items are NOT counted towards the free shipping minimum.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.
Orders shipping for free must ship from the same distribution center. If all of the items on your order are not in stock at one distribution center and must be shipped form multiple locations, we will contact you to either change the item or to pay additional shipping charges.
In the event your item is not succesfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
Orders shipped to outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and / or brokerage fees. We cannot control this.
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Any foreseen order processing delays are visibly announced directly on the affected product’s page. If we are experiencing a larger than normal order volume an announcement is made via a site-wide notice.
Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will go out the same day. (Delivery will depend on the carrier)
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
We only ship using Canada Post and UPS, we are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject “Your order has shipped!” is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

International customers can track their packages using the local post office service for their country if a tracking number is provided. Sometimes, International tracking is not available.

Every package shipped by Vape.Works is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you’d like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.
US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Orders outside of Canada
Vape.Works offers multiple shipping options at various price points when shipping outside of Canada, or the United States.
UPS offers the most reliable, and quickest options. You can find the shipping rates on the checkout page after filling out your delivery address.

There may be additional import duties and taxes when receiving your package. This is rated based on your country and is out of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.
Electronic Cigarette liquid (or ejuice) can only be canceled if the order has not yet been created. Since we typically mix to order, We are unable to cancel / refund / credit for juice that is already created, even if it is still within our facilities.
